Getting started
How this works
The same consent check every message goes through, run across all your contacts now. Replies, receipts and booking reminders don't need marketing consent.

Can we send them marketing?
How this works
What the consent check would decide right now for a promotional message. Replies, receipts and booking reminders don't need marketing consent.

Talk to people
Your *people*, in one place
Everyone you serve, with how each one agreed to hear from you and when you last talked.
Add a contact
Adding a contact doesn't give consent to market to them. Record that on their page.
| Name | Town | Location | Last touch | Text | DM | Tags |
|---|
No contacts yet.
Import from a spreadsheet
Save the spreadsheet as a CSV file. Columns named Name (or First name and Last name), Email and Phone are used, and a Tags column if there is one (separate tags with commas or semicolons); other columns are ignored. People already at the location are skipped. For cannabis and liquor locations, add an "Age checked" column with yes for each person whose age was checked.
Only import consent you can prove. The file name and row number are kept with every consent record.
Move over from GoHighLevel
In GoHighLevel, export the location's contacts (Contacts, select all, Export) and, if you use pipelines, its opportunities. Tags, Do Not Disturb, lead sources, custom fields, pipelines and deals come across. Nothing is saved until you check the report and press Import.
GoHighLevel keeps no proof of consent, so contacts come in as "can't market" unless you confirm how they got in touch or can prove they agreed. Do Not Disturb becomes an unsubscribe. Not legal advice; our CASL rules are waiting on review by Canadian counsel.

How this works
Add one line of code to the site and form submits count as conversions, including forms that aren't ours. It skips visitors whose browser asks not to be tracked, stores no names or form answers, and uses no cookies. Mention it in the site's privacy policy.

Add a company
How these numbers work
Open pipeline is the value of deals in open stages, in CAD. Email consent counts contacts who said yes to email and haven't unsubscribed at any of the company's locations. Bookings are visits still to come this week, in each location's own time zone. Overdue tasks were due before today, where the location is.

Your profile
Make it *yours*
Only you can change this. People in your workspace see your name, photo and job title.
About you
We crop it to a square and shrink it on your device before it's uploaded.
Your email signature
Goes under the emails you send to contacts from this workspace. Without one, the company signature is used. Your business details and the unsubscribe link always come after it.
Demo mode
Recording your screen or showing the CRM to a prospect? Blur real people and businesses, so only sample data reads clearly.
How this works
Demo mode changes what your screen shows, never the data, and only for you. Turning it on or off is recorded in the audit log. Sample data is contacts with an example.com, example.ca, example.org or example.net email or a 555-0100 to 555-0199 phone number, both set aside for made-up data, and companies an agency admin marks as a sample business. Sample records show a SAMPLE pill. Your agency's own name and your own name stay visible. Blurring covers what the CRM draws on the page: a dropdown's open list of choices and files you download aren't blurred, so check them before you record.
Undo
Changed something by mistake? Take it back here, or with the Undo button that shows after you save. An undo is recorded in the audit log like any other change, and nothing is removed from it.
Changes you can undo
Nothing to undo right now.
Change your password
Changing your password signs you out on your other devices.
Two-step sign-in
After your password, you'll type a six-digit code from an authenticator app on your phone, such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password or Bitwarden. Someone who learns your password still can't get in.
- In your authenticator app, add an account and scan this code.
Can't scan? Choose to enter a key and type (time based).
- Type the six-digit code the app shows.
Your recovery codes. Each one works once, if you lose your phone. Keep them somewhere safe, like a password manager. They won't be shown again.
New recovery codes, or turn it off
Each browser you're signed in on. If you don't recognize one, sign it out and change your password.

AI assistants and API
Connect Claude or another AI assistant, or your own tools through the API. A token sees only what you can see in this workspace, and it can never send a message, approve or publish anything. Read the API docs (opens in a new tab)
| Name | Token | Access | Created | Last used | Actions |

No tokens yet.
Webhooks
Tell your other tools when something happens here, like a new contact or a form sent in. The CRM posts a signed JSON message to your https address and tries again if it doesn't get through. How to check the signature (opens in a new tab)
No webhooks yet.
Email accounts
Connect your own work email. Email between you and your contacts then shows in each contact's conversation and the team inbox, and you can reply from the CRM. Only email to or from a contact is kept: the rest of your mailbox stays private.
No email accounts connected yet.
Connections
Keys that let Co-Create CRM work with your other services. A key is locked the moment you save it: nobody can read it back here, not even you, and only the CRM's background worker can use it.
Saving keys is switched off until the agency sets up a key pair.
Add a key
Paste the key once. Only a short fingerprint (its last 4 characters, or a code for a short key) is ever shown, to tell keys apart. To stop using a key, revoke it here and delete it at the service too.
No keys saved yet.
Talk to people
One *inbox* for everyone
Every call, text, email and direct message with a person, in one thread.
How this works
Email with contacts arrives here by itself from each person's connected mailbox (Settings, Email accounts). For calls, texts and direct messages, the team logs what happened. Replies are checked against consent first: email can go out from your own connected address when sending is switched on; anything else is saved as a draft to copy.
Pick a conversation to read it.
Talk to people
Make every call *count*
Who to call today, from your own phone, with how each call went kept in their conversation.
New call list
People with no phone number, or on the do-not-call list, are left off.
How this works
Tap Call and your phone's dialler opens with the number. The CRM doesn't place the call or hear it; it keeps only what you write. When you come back, say how it went: it's logged in their conversation and the list moves on. No answer comes back on another day, up to the list's number of tries. Anyone who asks not to be called goes on this business's do-not-call list, and the app won't offer to call them again.

Bookings
Bookings, *sorted*
Every booking has a person, a time and a reminder plan.
No appointment types yet. Set up booking to add what people can book.
How this works
Click an empty time to book it, or a booking to see it. Reminders are planned, not sent: nothing is emailed or texted from here yet. Deposits are a flag for you to follow up; no payment is taken here.
Online booking page
No booking page yet. It lists the appointment types you mark as bookable online, with open times from each person's weekly hours.
Share this link. People pick a visit and a time, and a box they tick themselves (unticked to start) asks before they get news and offers.
Appointment types

Reviews

Every review in one place, with a reply ready to post.
Add a review
Copy reviews in by hand. Nothing here reads from or posts to Google or Facebook.
Review requests
How this works
Made from the calendar after a visit is done. Each one is a task; a draft is saved only when the person agreed to hear from you, and nothing is sent.
None in the last 60 days.
Mentions
Hear what people *say* about you
What people say about you online, in one inbox. News, Google Alerts and Bluesky, checked about every 30 minutes.
Mentions that name an owner, use a complaint word or come from the news are marked high priority. Words in the last list mark a mention low, for when your name means something else too.
Sources
Each source is read from its own address only. Nothing is posted or replied to from here.
How to get a Google Alerts feed link
- Go to Google Alerts while signed in to the business's Google account, and make an alert for your business name in quotes.
- Open "Show options" and set "Deliver to" to "RSS feed", then create the alert.
- Right-click the feed icon beside the alert, copy the link, and paste it above.
If Google stops a feed, this page says so. Make the alert again and paste the new link.
Run
Every domain, *accounted for*
Each company's domains, when they expire, and whether DNS is set up for the website and email. The check only reads DNS: nothing is registered, renewed or changed from here.
Add a domain
Type it the way people type it, like yourbusiness.ca, without https:// or www. Names with accents are fine.
For every domain at this company, unless a domain says otherwise under Change details. Leave a part empty and the check only describes what it finds there.
What the check looks at
Nameservers, the website address (A and AAAA), www, mail servers (MX), SPF (one record, no more than about 10 lookups), DMARC (a record with a p= policy) and CAA. Only DNS for the domains on this page is read, never anything a record points to. The daily check runs about once a day for each domain, and Check now at most once a minute.

Everything, *on the record*
Every sign-in, change of access, consent record and send attempt, newest first.
How this works
Entries can't be edited or deleted. Each one is chained to the one before it, so a change anywhere shows up when the log is checked.
